Refund Policy

I try to ship the best I can. I try to keep track of what goes out. I even pay attention to tracking. But if an item ends up damage, please contact me. I'll try to work it out with you, either by a refund or sending another item of the same item or a different item as a replacement. No restocking fees. Yes, we do not offer restocking fees at the moment. What if the customers change his mind? The customer will get a full refund minus shipping when item is returned. Also, the customers will pay for a return as in when returning back to me. If item arrives damaged, I will take a part of that in the refund. Yes, the buyer pays for the return label and to return the item. We usually ship returns through USPS. But sometimes, we accept them through UPS. If item ends up damaged, the item is deducted from refund, but I will try to work with the buyer because I want you to be happy.

What if the customers decide to change his mind? Before shipping the item, is fine. But after order arrives, the customer will get a full refund minus shipping cost when item is returned.
